For buildings of 3 to 20 units, storefronts and homes in Malden, Medford, Everett, Revere and Somerville. We agree in writing on when we roll out, what gets cleared first and when it will be done.

Trigger depth: 2 in. of snow, or ice on walkways
Coverage: Lot, entries, walkways and steps
De-icing: Included with every visit
Cleared by: 7:00 a.m. on weekdays
Pricing: Fixed per season or per push
